Technical Analyst - Remote

In Short

• Test system modifications and provide application assistance for implementation.
• Analyze and prepare for content migrations and arrive at the detailed migration approach.
• Work with Implementation Analysts to define and setup product configuration.
• Create or maintain databases of known test defects.
• Design automated testing tools, test plans, and scripts.
• Analyze data to identify setup issues and resolve operational problems.
• Investigate customer problems and support client in production readiness activities.
• Conduct validation of configurations and connectivity testing.
• Identify automation opportunities and recommend automated testing processes.
• Participate in discussions with implementation analysts and data providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Applications, Information Technology/Systems or Engineering.
• 2 years experience as Technical Analyst, Software QA Analyst or Manager.
• Must be willing to travel/relocate to anywhere in the US.
