As a Technical Analyst I at Varicent, you will be part of the Technical Support Team, providing expert assistance to users navigating our SaaS solutions. You will troubleshoot technical challenges, answer complex queries, and ensure that customers can maximize the value of our products.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of relevant technical experience.
  • Familiarity with relational databases and SQL scripting.
  • Understanding of client-server architecture.
  • Ability to communicate technical instructions clearly.
  • CEFR B2 level English proficiency or higher.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience troubleshooting web-based applications.
  • Proficient in utilizing support tools and processes.
  • Willingness to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
  • Flexibility to adjust working hours for collaboration.
