In Short

  • Provide exceptional technical support to customers through ticketing systems and chat tools.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues with products and services using DevOps principles.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
  • Document technical solutions and processes for knowledge sharing.
  • Identify and escalate critical issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies.
  • Contribute to the improvement of the customer support knowledge base.
  • Maintain a positive demeanor while providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years of experience in customer support engineering or technical role.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex issues with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supporting SaaS applications with complex deployment models.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in technical tools and software.
  • A passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow.
