Overview

The Customer Support Engineer serves as a key technical liaison between Customer Service Managers, customers, and internal teams, providing expert support to ensure the stability and performance of the Optimal Dynamics platform.

In Short

  • Deliver expert-level technical support to customers.
  • Engage directly with customers to resolve technical concerns.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to identify trends.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Maintain expertise in the Optimal Dynamics platform.
  • Support development of internal business intelligence tools.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex platform issues.
  • Improve customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Less than 25% travel required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or solutions engineering.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency in technical documentation writing.
  • Familiarity with databases and APIs.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities.
