Overview

Spin.AI is a SaaS Security company that protects enterprises against SaaS ransomware and other cloud-related issues. We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer to ensure outstanding customer service and support.

In Short

  • Provide technical and sales support via email, chat, and video conference.
  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues.
  • Follow escalation procedures for unresolved issues.
  • Provide timely feedback to customers.
  • Document knowledge and improve product FAQ.
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering team.
  • Assist in customer success initiatives.
  • Maintain good relations with customers.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports.
  • Stay informed about product specifications.

Requirements

  • Advanced English with superior writing skills.
  • Experience in customer support.
  • Proven experience in enterprise technical support or IT support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent client-facing skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated team player.
  • Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.
