Manufacturing Service & Repair Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a skilled and driven Manufacturing Service & Repair Specialist to join our team and support the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Colorbiotics equipment in the field. This hands-on role is critical in ensuring our machines are reliable, safe, and functioning at optimal performance levels.

In Short

• Support the operation and maintenance of Colorbiotics equipment.
• Install, calibrate, and repair equipment at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Provide customer support and training.
• Deliver feedback to engineering and product teams.
• Maintain service records and adhere to safety protocols.
• Support sales efforts with technical consultation.
• Uphold high service and performance standards.
• Work remotely but must reside in the East Coast region.
• Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Vocational/technical training in mechanical or electrical systems.
• Experience with diesel components and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Experience with electronic and electromechanical systems.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in related fields preferred.
• Equivalent experience may be considered.
