The Manufacturing Solutions Specialist role is designed to be an intense high-growth, high-responsibility role founding, scaling early customer acquisition in the local region, where the candidate will facilitate the selling and management of projects to manufacturers.

• Work closely with CEO and CTO to recruit and onboard partners & customers.
• Execute the sales playbook to build partnerships & sales motion.
• Establish and maintain relationships with local manufacturing clients.
• Conduct assessments to identify areas for AI solutions.
• Collaborate with clients for ROI analysis on AI implementations.
• Design tailored applications with internal AI specialists.
• Manage a pipeline of local manufacturing clients.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma for continuous improvement.
• Provide onboarding and support for AI deployment.

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing or adjacent industries.
• Successful solution sales experience in manufacturing.
• Strong client relationship building and business development skills.
• Proficiency in ROI calculations and data-driven problem-solving.
• In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control.
• Technical aptitude for vision AI applications.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.
