RMA Specialist, Manufacturing - Remote

Overview

Balanced Body is seeking an experienced Return Material Authorization (RMA) Specialist to join our in-house sales team. The RMA specialist will work in partnership with the Sales and Technical Team to support clients with returns, analyze return trends, and manage product issues and repair/replacement requests.

• Support clients with return material authorizations (RMAs).
• Analyze return trends and product issues.
• Work with Sales and Technical Team for RMA processes.
• Create and manage RMA reports.
• Resolve discrepancies in RMA information.
• Follow up on outstanding RMAs.
• Document warranty replacements and repairs.
• Engage cross-functionally with various teams.
• Maintain detailed records of RMAs.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer service or technical support.
• High attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales and technical teams.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; knowledge of Dynamics NAV & CRM is a plus.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
