Physical Therapy Rehab Sales Manager - Remote

Overview

Balanced Body is hiring! We are looking for someone to join our fast paced, dynamic sales department. Our growing Sales team need a dedicated person to help maintain and grow our Physical Therapy/Rehab business. This person will help tackle the day-to-day sales duties, manage current PT/Rehab accounts and prospect and develop new accounts and partners in physical therapy, athletic training and closely related markets.

In Short

• Maintain and build existing relationships with key Rehab accounts.
• Prospect weekly to add an average of 10 new sales opportunities.
• Represent Balanced Body at various events/trade shows.
• Provide input on customer feedback to management.
• Develop tailored value propositions for the PT/Rehab segment.
• Work with management on maintaining and growing market share.
• Create an annual strategic sales plan with measurable KPIs.
• Meet annual sales attainment targets.

Requirements

• 10+ years account management and sales experience in the PT/Rehab market.
• Bring an existing network of PT/Rehab accounts.
• Work independently and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong listening and organizational skills.
• Customer solutions orientation.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.
• Motivated self-starter with a hands-on approach.
