Overview

The Customer Support Engineer will provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to various products, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective problem resolution.

Provide technical support via chat and email.
Investigate and resolve product-related issues.
Debug and troubleshoot integrations.
Prepare and run database queries.
Design widgets.
Work with a range of technologies including Linux and MySQL.
Utilize Bug Tracking Systems like Youtrack and Jira.
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is required.
Intermediate English and fluency in Ukrainian are essential.
Experience with programming languages is a plus.

Requirements

Knowledge of Linux shell.
MySQL expertise.
Experience with Bug Tracking Systems (Youtrack, Jira, etc.).
HTML5/CSS3/JS knowledge.
RestAPI knowledge.
Intermediate English level.
Fluency in Ukrainian language.
Experience with any programming language is a plus.
