Overview

The Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Specialist will support the HR team in bonus calculations, data analysis, and employee reward processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling compensation data.

In Short

  • Calculate variable pay, commissions, and bonuses for different departments.
  • Assist in analyzing compensation costs and tracking budget.
  • Prepare and update regular and ad-hoc reports for HR or management.
  • Maintain accurate compensation data in HR systems or spreadsheets.
  • Support the HR team with data for market salary surveys.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Up to 1 year of experience in HR, Finance, or Data Analysis roles.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Understanding of corporate ethics and confidentiality.
  • Good communication skills for collaboration with HR.
