Overview

This role is a hands-on Compensation & Benefits Specialist responsible for administering and improving core total rewards programs. You will manage end-to-end operations while contributing to strategic initiatives in compensation and benefits.

In Short

  • Maintain and enhance job architecture.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and pricing analysis.
  • Support sales compensation administration.
  • Assist with training around compensation programs.
  • Provide employee-facing support for benefits inquiries.
  • Maintain and audit benefits data in HRIS.
  • Own end-to-end program execution for comp and benefits.
  • Partner with Payroll, Finance, and vendors on program implementation.
  • Contribute to audits and process improvements.
  • 2–4 years of experience in compensation or benefits.

Requirements

  • HRIS experience required; Rippling preferred.
  • Experience partnering with Payroll and Finance.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Professional certifications a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Clear and empathetic communication skills.
  • Comfortable receiving feedback.
