In Short

• Creative and highly motivated Senior Software Engineer needed for Evolve's Applications team.
• Responsible for streamlining the Evolve experience and maintaining critical business functionality.
• Work closely with Product Team and other key business teams.
• Lead ecosystem-level design reviews and perform architecture reviews.
• Drive improvements to system reliability and testability.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to develop and support technical solutions.
• Effectively debug complex multi-system problems.
• Mentor less experienced engineers.
• Experience with Salesforce and Agile development environments preferred.
• Salary range of $141,000 to $184,000 depending on experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of development experience.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Proven experience in designing and documenting architecture.
• Independent and proactive in resolving issues.
• Experience with debugging and creative problem-solving.
• Experience in Agile development environments.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
