Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer at Zscaler, you will be part of the Red Canary engineering team, responsible for building and operating a platform that delivers unmatched threat detection and response.

In Short

• Continuously ship quality products by writing well-organized, testable, and high-performing code.
• Address system and software bugs, develop product enhancements, and launch new features.
• Support products in a 24x7 production environment, including on-call rotation.
• Write clear documentation and share knowledge across teams.
• Identify technical risks and mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Design teams from concept to shipping.
• 4+ years of experience in shipping high-quality SaaS products.
• Experienced with Ruby on Rails and other common libraries.
• Confidence in making architectural design decisions for scalability and performance.
• Software testing skills to ensure high-quality product delivery.
