• Design and maintain robust cost allocation frameworks.
• Ensure consistency in cost attribution and support margin analysis.
• Build scalable financial models linking operational KPIs with financial outcomes.
• Act as the gatekeeper of the budgeting process for cost-generating departments.
• Drive the rolling forecast process, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Develop unified dashboards for cost-generating departments.
• Ensure transparency of financial data across departments.
• Collaborate with Finance Business Partners for accurate financial performance views.
• Prepare and deliver financial reports for senior leadership.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and business case evaluations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Finance Business Partner, FP&A, or similar role.
• Strong expertise in cost allocation methodologies and financial controlling.
• Proven experience in budgeting, rolling forecasting, and analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with BI tools.
• Solid understanding of IFRS, P&L structure, and margin analysis.
• Strong data validation and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
