Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist will work closely with senior management to enhance the company's efficiency and profitability through financial planning.

In Short

• Develop and maintain weekly Dashboards & KPI reporting
• Prepare monthly management accounts reporting and key variance analysis
• Produce monthly costs center reports and analyze cost deviations
• Take ownership of the annual budgeting process and monthly rolling forecasts
• Ensure alignment of Dynamics 365 CRM and Project Operations data with reporting requirements
• Create and maintain business modeling aligned with long-term growth strategy
• Collaborate with the Senior Leadership team to improve business performance

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant FP&A experience
• Advanced user of Excel and Power BI (or Tableau)
• Experience with Dynamics 365 and Business Central is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
• High level of commercial acumen
• Professional qualification such as ACCA or CFA is a plus
• Verbal and written communication skills in Serbian is a plus
