Solution Architect - Remote

Overview

As a member of the Professional Services Unit, a Solution Architect serves as a leadership role on software development projects, working closely with clients to understand their business needs and defining overall business solutions.

In Short

• Design end-to-end solutions that align with industry best practices.
• Document business requirements, constraints, and priorities.
• Leverage architecture diagrams and technical specifications for proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and resource requirements.
• Provide leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the sales team during the sales process.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution presentations.
• Conduct technology assessments and recommend enhancements.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices.
• Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or Communication, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years as a Solution Architect or 5+ years as a senior developer/business consultant.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of design patterns and architectural styles.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong expertise in designing complex software solutions.
• Familiarity with IaaS, PaaS, databases, APIs, and microservices.
• Understanding of security principles and compliance standards.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong proficiency in English (C1 or above).
