Solution Architect - Remote

Overview

As a Solution Architect, you will work on an architecture team in driving the company’s technological vision, leading the design and implementation of our solutions architecture to meet business needs. The Solution Architect is responsible for providing technical leadership in the solution and implementation design of Intelex software during the entire customer cycle. The position works closely with various stakeholders, including engineering, product, and services teams, to ensure that our technology solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with industry best practices. The position requires a deep understanding of design and configuration in our platform; as well as excellent communication and planning skills.

In Short

• Design and implement a robust solutions architecture framework that integrates with existing systems and infrastructure while allowing for future scalability.
• Establish and enforce architectural principles, standards, and governance to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
• Mentor and assist the Sales and Services team in presenting complex solutions that will require heavy app builder work to be viable.
• Help Services team to translate client requirements into an Intelex solution design, including workflow and configuration architecture.
• Leads the creation/maintenance of configuration guidelines and best practices.
• Conducts technical risk assessments through experience, analysis, prototyping and research.
• Reports to VP of Data Analytics and Architecture.
