The Senior FP&A Analyst serves as the finance business partner to the global R&D department, responsible for budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes while enhancing insights into product performance.

Support monthly close and forecast for R&D and BULT departments.
Prepare monthly product line P&L and core growth reporting.
Assist with financial impact assessments for new product development.
Participate in the annual strategic planning process.
Assist in the preparation of the annual budget for R&D and BULT departments.
Enhance product profitability reporting and KPI visibility.
Conduct quarterly competitor benchmark and tax reporting.
Maintain Incorta dashboards as needed.
Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
Expertise in Excel; familiarity with SAP, OneStream, Incorta, and BI tools is advantageous.
Ability to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision.
Proactive approach to implementing improvements.
Hands-on work style with attention to detail.
