Senior FP&A Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior FP&A Analyst serves as the finance business partner to the global R&D department, responsible for budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes while enhancing insights into product performance.

In Short

• Support monthly close and forecast for R&D and BULT departments.
• Prepare monthly product line P&L and core growth reporting.
• Assist with financial impact assessments for new product development.
• Participate in the annual strategic planning process.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget for R&D and BULT departments.
• Enhance product profitability reporting and KPI visibility.
• Conduct quarterly competitor benchmark and tax reporting.
• Maintain Incorta dashboards as needed.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
• Expertise in Excel; familiarity with SAP, OneStream, Incorta, and BI tools is advantageous.
• Ability to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision.
• Proactive approach to implementing improvements.
• Hands-on work style with attention to detail.
