Senior FP&A Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing the operating plan, supporting strategic decision making, and working cross-functionally on key initiatives that will help shape the future of a $1 billion Series D company backed by Insight Partners.

In Short

• Build and update the company’s financial model.
• Prepare materials for Board of Director meetings.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to department leaders.
• Review budget vs actuals monthly with department leaders.
• Support product team in developing competitive pricing strategy.
• Provide pricing guidance to the sales team.
• Help manage and scale the FP&A function at Glia.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in FP&A or related fields.
• Strategic and creative problem solver.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and big picture thinking.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Tableau.
• Experience in analyzing large volumes of data.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
