Infrastructure Engineer, Conversational AI - Remote

Overview

The Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and improving Glia's cloud-native core infrastructure, ensuring its availability, security, and performance.

In Short

• Develop and manage internal technology infrastructures and customer deployments.
• Monitor infrastructure for performance, cost, and security.
• Develop and maintain automation tools.
• Maintain parity across development and production environments.
• Manage internal accounts, network infrastructure, and system access.
• Participate in policy, design, and tool selection.
• Engage in compliance audit projects like SOC2, GDPR, and PCI-DSS.
• Discuss architecture design and decisions.
• Produce documentation on code, system design, architecture, and solutions.

Requirements

• Strong experience in AWS, EKS, Jenkins or similar tools.
• Experience in building and maintaining reliable and highly available systems.
• Experience with cloud networking and internet security.
• Experience as Automation / DevOps or Infrastructure Engineer.
• Proficient in coding beyond scripting.
• Strong verbal and technical writing skills.
