AI Consultant (Professional Services) - Remote

Overview

As an AI Consultant, you will be instrumental in guiding organizations through the successful integration and optimization of Glia's AI solutions. Your expertise will be vital in enabling customers on all of our Cortex AI features during launch, conducting post-launch check-ins to analyze performance metrics, and making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

In Short

• Drive customer adoption, usage, and renewal of Glia’s AI features
• Empower customers through training initiatives
• Implement AI products on time and on budget
• Ensure customers achieve desired business impact
• Establish credibility as an AI subject matter expert
• Provide pre-sales consultancy on AI features
• Analyze AI performance metrics for improvement
• Assist clients with prompt engineering and Generative AI
• Serve as the primary technical advisor for AI inquiries
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams for improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a STEM-related field
• 3+ years in a SaaS Software environment
• 3+ years in Customer Success, Consulting, or similar roles
• Understanding of AI technologies
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Experience collaborating across multiple teams
• Curious problem solver with a growth mindset
• Understanding of AI ethics and responsible practices
• Experience with process flow diagramming
