Overview

As a Professional Services Consultant at Contrast Security, you will play a critical role in delivering high-impact onboarding and consulting services to our customers, combining technical expertise with strategic advisory skills.

In Short

• Lead customer onboarding and implementation projects.
• Act as a trusted advisor providing best practices and technical guidance.
• Deliver hands-on configuration, integration, and customization services.
• Facilitate technical workshops and provide training.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Provide regular updates on project progress.
• Develop and maintain high-quality customer-facing documentation.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and optimizations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery methodologies.
• Support internal knowledge sharing by mentoring colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in Professional Services or technical consulting.
• Hands-on technical expertise in software implementation and application security.
• Experience with scripting languages and RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of DevOps and SDLC.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and implement solutions.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects.
• Prior experience in high-growth environments is a plus.
