Overview

Nexthink is looking for a Professional Services Consultant to join their team in Tokyo, contributing to the successful delivery and implementation of their digital employee experience management software.

In Short

  • Key role in implementing Nexthink products for customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and effective solution adoption

  • Maintain technical knowledge of Nexthink products

  • Contribute to community forums
  • 5+ years in software consulting required
  • Strong troubleshooting and IT operations knowledge
  • Fluency in Japanese and English required

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a software consulting role
  • Good troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge of IT operations and ITIL
  • Exposure to Digital Transformation projects
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows and MacOS
  • Experience with Cloud deployments and industry standards
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Enthusiasm for working in an international environment
  • Native Japanese speaker and fluent in English
