Professional Services Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Professional Services Consultant is a customer-facing role that requires a highly professional and experienced technical architect to design, develop, configure and support integrations with insightsoftware’s Agility PIM software.

In Short

• Interact with customers to analyze their requirements and create customized solutions.
• Work with client and Agility PIM SME to scope, design and implement novel custom technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, providing actionable solutions.
• Work primarily using the Pentaho ETL tool.
• Complete a comprehensive 2-week training program for Agility PIM.
• Gain expertise in Agility PIM tool by shadowing other consultants.
• Successfully troubleshoot issues with existing integrations.
• Independently write complex integration jobs comprised of multiple transformations.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal partners.
• Demonstrate focus and commitment to solving complex issues.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Hitachi Pentaho (6-10 years).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL (6-10 years).
• Utilization of web services/APIs (6-10 years).
• Solid foundation in Computer Science (6-10 years).
• Exposure to PIM, MDM, DAM solutions is a plus.
• Experience with Elasticsearch, Adobe InDesign, Javascript, or nodeJS is a plus.
• Understanding of data modeling best practices.
• Exceptional English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a multi-client setting is preferred.
