Overview

As a Professional Services Consultant at Guesty, you will engage directly with customers, managing a variety of industry, technical, and customer-related responsibilities to ensure clients are smoothly and efficiently onboarded, allowing them to fully leverage the Guesty platform.

• Understand customer business and technical needs for optimized configurations.
• Gather customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a similar role in a B2B SaaS company.
• Strong technical acumen and analytical skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous experience owning a project in a commercial setting.
• Effective time-management skills.
• Quick to learn new products and technologies.
• Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Intermediate-level proficiency in Google Suite.
• (Bonus) Understanding of basic trust accounting.
