Professional Services Consultant - Remote

Overview

Ivanti is seeking a Professional Services Consultant who will be responsible for analyzing, designing, building, deploying, and optimizing IT solutions for clients, ensuring seamless implementation and adoption of services.

In Short

• Participate in workshops for requirements analysis and technical review.
• Assist in writing and validating Statements of Work.
• Produce scalable designs based on functional requirements.
• Perform consultation, implementation, and testing for billable engagements.
• Support customers with pilot and production implementations.
• Lead customer handover workshops and health assessments.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and attain certifications.
• Conduct consulting engagements and document best practices.
• Provide regular updates to project and account teams.
• Work on global projects, potentially requiring shift hours.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience, with 2 years in customer-facing roles.
• Strong in infrastructure architecture and Service Management solutions.
• Practical Windows systems administration skills.
• Familiarity with Service Management concepts and standards.
• Understanding of IT production data centre operations.
• Knowledge of Web-based application delivery and supporting technologies.
• Some scripting knowledge in Javascript, Powershell, and optionally Python.
• Integration knowledge with JIRA and REST API.
• SQL Server knowledge is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
