Overview

Delinea is seeking an experienced Identity Management consultant to join their Professional Services Team. This remote position involves leading customers through software implementation solutions while ensuring best practices and minimal disruption to customer environments.

In Short

• Lead customers through software implementation solutions.
• Maintain utilization targets and complete project deliverables.
• Configure Delinea product solutions based on customer requirements.
• Become the subject matter expert of Delinea software products.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Collaborate with integration teams to implement solutions.
• Produce architectural and configuration plans.
• Work independently to achieve customer success.
• Interact with technical contacts and management levels.
• Support the professional services organization as a team player.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience in a technical delivery consulting role.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, UNIX/Linux.
• Knowledge of AWS, GCP, and Azure administration.
• Understanding of MFA technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Privilege Access Management fundamentals.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to stay current with technologies.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience with PAM tools and scripting is a plus.
