Solution Architect - Remote

Overview

As a Solution Architect at NeuraFlash, you will be responsible for bringing Salesforce project implementations to life by working with customers to understand their business, identify their requirements, and design, develop, QA and launch their solutions.

In Short

• Facilitate business process reviews to identify customer requirements and processes
• Translate customer requirements into Salesforce design
• Configure Salesforce Field Service Cloud solutions
• Develop technical requirements and specifications
• Drive best practice UX design
• Manage all aspects of projects and customer communications
• Deliver customer end user training and documentation
• Oversee successful completion of projects
• Lead vision and strategy discussions
• Partner with the AI team for innovative solutions

Requirements

• 3+ years project experience in technical consulting and project management
• 2+ years of project delivery experience with Salesforce
• Ability to document requirements for technical resources
• Experience leading Enterprise Service Cloud projects
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and original code development
• Understanding of Software/Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Deep understanding of Salesforce administration
• Expert-level experience in Service Cloud solutions
• Experience with Communities and Wave Analytics preferred
• One or more current Salesforce certifications
