Senior UX Writer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Senior UX Writer to work on a global product as part of the Content Strategy team. In this role, you will collaborate with product designers and product managers to craft in-product microcopy, establish content guidelines, and shape UX flows that enhance usability and consistency.

In Short

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with product goals, user needs, and brand voice.
• Write in-product content, including microcopy for UI elements.
• Ensure consistent tone and language across all products.
• Shape UX flows from a content-first perspective.
• Define guidelines for content usage within the design system.
• Collaborate with UX and product teams to integrate content seamlessly.
• Maintain and manage content within Contentful.
• Work with Pendo to improve external-facing content.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Act as a content advocate aligning strategy with design insights.

Requirements

• Fluent English writing, grammar, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with product design processes and terminology.
• Experience in writing for digital products.
• Proven experience in executing content strategies.
• Experience creating and maintaining content guidelines.
• Strong collaboration skills with UX and product teams.
• Advanced experience with CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with product experience and analytics tools.
• Hands-on experience with wireframing and prototyping tools.
