In Short

• Preparing and presenting FP&A reports and analytics to the Finance team and stakeholders.
• Monitoring financial results against budgets and forecasts.
• Analyzing financial and operational metrics to provide actionable insights.
• Developing and improving reporting processes and tools.
• Managing the quarterly and annual budgeting process.
• Preparing and managing a consolidated budget.
• Collaborating with financial and cross-functional teams.
• Presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Providing regular and ad-hoc financial analysis.
• Supporting the development of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Knowledge of IFRSs.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, Google Sheets, and Excel.
• Professional training and certification (e.g., ACCA, CFA, CPA).
• Experience with financial software 1C is a plus.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Working proficiency in English and Ukrainian.
