Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a strategic-minded and detail-oriented FP&A Specialist to join our Finance team and help us make smarter, faster business decisions.

In Short

• Analyze trends of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to financial metrics.
• Monitor KPIs and identify causes of unexpected variances.
• Plan, develop, and improve budgeting and financial projections.
• Prepare cash flow analysis and forecast future cash positions.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis of Publishers for business performance.
• Present monthly financial reports to departments.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives.
• Support management with data-driven analysis.
• Collaborate with BI and Accounting teams for accurate data analysis.
• Adhere to urgent deadlines and maintain high-quality documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial consulting.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with Looker or other FP&A tools preferred.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Comfortable handling large data sets and translating insights.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
