Overview

The Demand Technical Account Manager role at Freestar involves assisting the Demand team with onboarding and offboarding partners, acting as a technical resource, and managing various projects while maintaining a collaborative and organized approach.

In Short

  • Partner with Product and Engineering for onboarding new demand partners.
  • Coordinate partner offboardings and document processes.
  • Lead technical projects including audits and optimizations.
  • Conduct audits of bidder and deal setups for discrepancies.
  • Evaluate workflows to identify inefficiencies.
  • Design automation solutions for improved efficiency.
  • Address technical inquiries and troubleshoot issues.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of ad tech experience.
  • Understanding of SSPs and DSPs.
  • Experience with publishers and Google Ad Manager is a plus.
  • Knowledge in automation and RPA bots is a plus.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Products, and Microsoft Excel.
