Overview

As a Technical Account Manager at Axon, you will be the primary point of contact for key customers, fostering long-term strategic partnerships and providing technical expertise to ensure stakeholders achieve operational goals.

In Short

  • Be the primary technical liaison between Axon and customers.
  • Provide technical expertise and project management support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.
  • Monitor support tickets and provide technical troubleshooting.
  • Ensure Service Level Requirements (SLRs) are met.
  • Facilitate training and knowledge transfer for customer integrations.
  • Maintain knowledge of customer’s technical landscape.
  • Develop and enhance technical documentation.
  • Support monthly invoicing and maintain Salesforce records.

Requirements

  • Canadian Citizenship required.
  • 5+ years of IT experience in a support or deployment role.
  • Experience with law enforcement or government entities.
  • Strong background in software and network technologies.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English preferred.
