Coralogix is rebuilding the path to observability using a real-time streaming analytics pipeline that provides monitoring, visualization, and alerting capabilities without the burden of indexing.

By enabling users to define different data pipelines per use case, we provide deep Observability and Security insights, at an infinite scale, for less than half the cost.

In Short

  • Key role in meeting customer expectations and helping them utilize observability and security data effectively.
  • Act as trusted advisors for customers on their monitoring, security & observability journey.
  • Senior-level position requiring high technical expertise and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Responsibilities include solving technical problems, leading onboarding, and conducting QBRs.
  • Establish relationships with technical counterparts to drive product adoption.
  • Advocate for customer needs within the company and influence product development.
  • Partner with Sales on renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • Background knowledge of DevOps, Cloud, and Observability.
  • Industry knowledge on Monitoring, Observability, Log Management, and SIEM.
  • Experience in technical integrations and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills and communication abilities.
  • Strong presentation skills to establish credibility with executives.
  • Hands-on Engineering/DevOps background is an advantage.
  • Comfortable coding in high-level programming languages is an advantage.
  • BSc degree in Computer Science/Engineering is an advantage.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS companies is an advantage.
