In Short

  • Manage and grow revenue and market share at designated agencies.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Execute account strategy by collaborating with account team.
  • Cultivate customer relationships and ensure effective service delivery.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction and develop proper contact network.
  • Support execution of strategy at the account level.
  • Oversee all account activities and manage individual expense budget.
  • Track customer activity in internal systems.
  • May provide customer product training.
  • Own account relationship and drive overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Portuguese and English.
  • Able to travel up to 70%.
  • Extensive demonstrable track record in Software Sales (SaaS / Cloud).
  • Relationship / consultative selling experience.
  • Able to articulate complex solution offerings.
  • Data management experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Virtualization and Cloud understanding.
  • Team Player - collaborate with various team members regularly.
  • Startup experience and some vertical experience a plus.
  • Law Enforcement / Public Safety experience a plus.
