In Short

• Join our Global Operations team to implement and deploy real-time emergency service platforms.
• Lead onsite and remote installations of Carbyne’s SaaS products.
• Provide advanced technical training and knowledge transfer to customers.
• Work closely with engineering teams on complex technical solutions.
• Champion a customer-centric approach within the team.
• Continuously improve deployment processes and documentation.
• Maintain strong communication with leadership and stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for customer meetings and events.
• Support customers during deployment, including after-hours installations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• At least 8+ years of experience in a technical VoIP-related role.
• Proven knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with network infrastructure including routers and firewalls.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
