Overview

The Field Technical Support Engineer will provide on-site technical support and service for diagnostic products, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective problem resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Biotech preferred.
  • Proficient English is mandatory.

  • Ability to provide technical customer support.
  • Experience in field service roles is a plus.
  • Valid driving license required.
