Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or 2+ years in a customer-facing support role.
  • Knowledge of programming environments (e.g. Java, Python).
  • Basic understanding of cloud-hosted applications.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, Linux).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills in English.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (Salesforce, Jira) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SDLC and DevOps tools is a plus.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, MS Azure) is a plus.
