Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT-related field or 2+ years in customer-facing Support role.
  • Knowledge of programming environments (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C#).
  • Basic understanding of cloud-hosted applications.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, Linux, OS X).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills in English.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce, Jira) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SDLC and DevOps tools (e.g., GitHub, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
  • Knowledge of containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, MS Azure) is beneficial.
