Overview

The Technical Support Engineer will provide professional technical support to customers, helping them resolve software-related issues while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

In Short

  • Provide technical support to customers via screen sharing, chat, and email.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software-related issues.
  • Gather customer requirements and create actionable plans.
  • Create technical documentation and user manuals.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to engineering or product teams.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
  • Work independently while being responsive across time zones.
  • Must be available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support is required.
  • Fluency in English is essential.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Python.
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills.
  • Self-starter mentality with prioritization skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
