Overview

The Junior Technical Support Engineer will work directly with SuperAnnotate customers, providing technical assistance and resolving issues to help their businesses grow.

In Short

  • Deliver professional technical assistance via screen-sharing, chat, and email.
  • Fulfill Service Level Agreements with customers.
  • Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot software issues.
  • Collaborate with Engineering & Product teams.
  • Document technical knowledge in notes and manuals.
  • Become an expert in the SuperAnnotate product.
  • Help others enhance their knowledge of the product.
  • Work in a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Contribute to the Support department's goals.
  • Flexibility to cover various timezone shifts.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in software support.
  • Basic or mid-level scripting and coding skills in Python.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Strong written and verbal English skills.
  • Ability to enhance knowledge through training.
  • Collaborative approach with strong teamwork skills.
  • Result-oriented and customer satisfaction driven.
