SuperAnnotate is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Coder - AI Operations (Sr.) Associate to lead the operational execution of complex coding projects related to our cutting-edge LLM and Gen AI data solutions for enterprise clients.

Requirements

• 7+ years of coding experience in one or more popular programming languages.
• 3+ years of technical project management experience.
• Expertise in software development best practices.
• Understanding of large language models (LLMs) and AI technologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage a diverse, remote workforce.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Experience with version control (e.g., Git).
