Overview

As a Technical Support Engineer at Akuity, you will work with our customers to make sure they are successfully using our platform to its full potential, researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues.

In Short

  • Offer superb support to open-source users and Enterprise customers.
  • Develop deep technical expertise in GitOps and Akuity’s offerings.
  • Recognize common support patterns and escalate to the engineering team.
  • Help develop and iterate on the support playbook.
  • Improve Akuity’s documentation to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • A passion for working directly with users.
  • Excitement to be a point of contact for customers.
  • Proactive and strategic attitude.
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting Kubernetes infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle, CI/CD, or GitOps concepts.
