Overview

The Technical Support Engineer will provide critical infrastructure support and technical assistance to ensure smooth operations for RepRisk's global staff, focusing on IT support with expertise in Jira Service Management and Microsoft 365.

In Short

  • Support the onboarding and offboarding of users.
  • Provide assistance with office apps and collaboration tools.
  • Triage tickets in Jira Service Desk.
  • Maintain documentation and policies.
  • Offer onsite and remote support for hardware and software.
  • Manage inventory and asset documentation.
  • Handle vendor management for hardware/software needs.
  • Collaborate with IT and non-IT teams.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs in ticket resolution.
  • Work in a multicultural and collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of technical support experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience with Jira Service Management (cloud).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Admin center.
  • Knowledge of Endpoint Security tools is advantageous.
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Engineering/Information Technology is a plus.
  • Certifications in Jira or Atlassian products are preferred.
