Overview

As a Junior HR Generalist at RepRisk, you will support the full employee lifecycle and help shape a positive workplace culture while working closely with colleagues across departments.

In Short

  • Support core HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Assist in talent acquisition activities like job postings and candidate interviews.
  • Help implement HR best practices and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Promote HR programs that foster employee engagement and well-being.
  • Act as a liaison between HR and Admin for cross-functional coordination.
  • Ensure timely submission of employee timesheets and maintain records.
  • Contribute to special projects enhancing HR operations.

  • Be proactive and detail-oriented.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 1–5 years of HR experience in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Solid foundation in recruitment and employee engagement.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with PEZA and DOLE compliance reporting is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Bonus: experience with HR operations in high-growth companies.
