Senior HR Generalist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced and committed Senior HR Generalist who will actively shape HR management with expertise and passion.

In Short

• Comprehensive support and advice for employees and managers throughout the Employee Lifecycle
• Operational HR management including onboarding, contracts, certificates, and changes
• Monthly payroll processing (preparation & control)
• Participation in employee development, talent management, and training
• Recruitment of new employees
• Co-design and further development of HR processes and tools

Requirements

• Commercial training with HR further education (at least diploma), ideally with a trainer course
• Proven experience in all aspects of HR administration
• Proficient in MS Office suite
• High service orientation and teamwork skills
• Enjoyment in recruitment, support, and process development
• Independent, precise, and responsible working style
• Very good German and good English skills, French is an advantage
