Senior HR Generalist - Remote

Overview

This Senior HR Generalist position is a key role within a compact HR team of three, reporting directly to the HR Lead Belgium. You will take ownership of the operational HR agenda—covering payroll, benefits, HR systems, and compliance—while also contributing to learning initiatives, employee communication, and local or regional HR projects.

• Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring compliance with Belgian regulations.
• Oversee the full benefits lifecycle, including health insurance and mobility budgets.
• Administer employment contracts and ensure audit-readiness.

• Act as a trusted point of contact for HR matters.
• Contribute to cross-functional HR projects.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience required.
• Fluency in English is required; Dutch preferred.
• Experience with HR systems, preferably Workday.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR Generalist, Payroll, or Compensation & Benefits roles.
• Familiarity with Belgian payroll and labor law.
• Experience managing HR systems and integrating with payroll processes.
• Fluency in English; Dutch preferred, French an asset.
• Collaborative mindset and dependable execution.
