• Lead a Night Shift team in manufacturing operations.
• Oversee Raw Material and Solution Logistics, Weighing and Dispensing.

Requirements

• High School diploma/GED with 12 years of experience or equivalent.
• Experience managing people and leading teams.
• Proven experience in GMP manufacturing drug substance plant.
• Experience in Operational Excellence and Lean Manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop and mentor staff.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
