Requirements

• High School diploma/GED with 12 years of Manufacturing experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing teams or projects.
• Demonstrated experience in a GMP manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Operational Excellence and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships across functional areas.
• Experience in coaching and developing staff.
• Strong sense of urgency and energy level.
• Ability to navigate complex compliance issues.
